ji777 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

Withdrawal requests at ji777 are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed the applicable KYC verification process before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into your ji777 account, subject to availability of the payment method for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes specified in the cashier section. ji777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match fixing
• Chargeback initiated against a ji777 deposit transaction
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months
• Request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency

Where an account is closed by ji777 due to a Terms breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for other reasons (including voluntary closure by the player), any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, following completion of any applicable KYC review.
